As Christmas winds down I thought it would be the perfect time to wish everyone Happy Holidays. Drift Now Or The World Will Be Covered In Goo
The first event of the year at Turner Field was this past weekend. In the off season they poured sealant all over the lot that seems to be made up of some prehistoric goo. It was super slick and throughout the day large goo balls ended up all over the place. Goo on tires. Goo on cars. Goo on spectators. Goo Everywhere!

Last Saturday, August 27th, we had a drift event at Turner Field put on by S2 Events. Turner was thought to be a lost lot, but with the help of lots of great people here in Atlanta, we will be back for at least another two events! When we heard the event was being planned, we just had to help out and threw in some cash for sponsorship. The Atlanta guys were so stoked the event sold out in 3 hours. It was packed with lots of great drivers, and most of the TR guys were out there driving. Personally, this was the first time I had driven my personal car at Turner since 2007!

DEMOLITION DERBY
So much stupid fun.
They started the show with old 4 cylinder beaters, these little cars lasted way longer than I expected.
People spend thousands of dollars on these cars just to destroy them. JUST LIKE DRIFTING.
The white car is doing a sweet grind on the dirt berm around the field.
They had a lawnmower class for the kids. Gotta start ‘em young.
This is a sweet sweet pink Ford Aerostar, slightly on fire.
They had to let it burn out. The firefighters just made sure the fire didn’t spread.

Weekend Fun
This past weekend some bros came from STL and ATL for some bro time and some drifting. I didn’t take any pictures of the drifting though. We went to Fannie Mae Dees park aka the Dragon Park, then we went skating, then we saw Tom Green do some stand up, and to finish up the night we saw an awesome band kill some southern rock.
